What to do with the link mass when the affiliate site is deleted?

Hello. There is a page (main domain), it has two links (separate folders) for each line of business. One line is being eliminated. Is it worth doing a redirect from the page of the liquidated direction to the
remaining one direction? and is it worth transferring now one site to the main domain?
