How does Google treat affiliates who fill out structured product content, reviews on it?

How will Google react if I make product listings on the site, with links to the site of which I am an affiliate through an affiliate program? Are these products allowed to be labeled as "Products", in terms of structured content, snippets? Can I rate these products on this site?
