Is buying links useful for keyword promotion?

I'm a noob in SEO. I ordered unique articles for the site from a copywriter - the articles were indexed by Yandex (and I bought links to certain keywords through the SEO console) and reached good positions for these keywords. Naturally, work was carried out on the site by keywords.
I decided to see what kind of sites there are on which links are placed - I saw only garbage dumps, some even have no design. Does Yandex PS not recognize such sites and, accordingly, paid links to them?
Now you need to replenish your account on the SEO remote again, and 10 thousand rubles. I felt sorry for something. And I am in thought - all of a sudden the links actually benefited - I will not renew them and the site will fall into the PS. Or maybe they don't make any sense at all. What do you think?

If you believe this statement, then the number of links to a resource will not affect search results.
So I don’t see much point in buying links, unless of course you are counting primarily on a Western audience.

If you have unique, high-quality and useful content for people, then the links will appear on their own over time, from normal sites. Links from "garbage heaps" sooner or later can do harm. And these 10 sput. it is better to invest in contextual advertising (if the site is selling) - there will be more benefits (IMHO).

buying links is a must, no matter how sorry.
masters love seopult not at all for what you can buy there ... but for entering with different rights ...
but these are subtle matters and features of the profession.
my advice to you is to try another, well-known exchange, there are more options for customization.
and yes, price / quality, relevance, anchors - this also needs to be considered.
the option "gave money - pressed the button" will not work.
