How do PCIe slots work on a motherboard?
Hey!
I ordered an old mother on Ali for 1155 - ASUS P8P67-M Pro. There are 3 PCIe x16. The specifications say - "The board has three PCI Express Graphics slots, as well as one PCI Express x1 slot. In this case, the distribution of lines between PEG slots is carried out according to the schemes 16+0+4 or 8+8+0."
Actually the question is - Is it possible to insert a video card not into the top slot, but into the second one? Will it still work fully?
I'm attaching a photo of the board.
