The laptop hangs tightly, black screen, cooling does not always turn on. What could be?

Memory check showed nothing. It reached 74% and passed out. Planks changed alternately inserted into different slots did not help. The laptop works a little and hangs tightly while showing a black screen. The copper thing is very hot in the picture marked with a red arrow.

Sometimes it happens that I turn on the computer and it seems to turn on, but the screen does not light up and the cooling cooler does not spin at all or almost does not spin.

Wow. It can be a lot of things
. For starters, it’s worth cleaning and applying new thermal paste under that “copper thing”
you have k50c - it has a built-in video
since it is cut down and does not load further - it may be overheating and the sensor is triggered, the
screen does not light up and the cooler does not spin - it means that something doesn’t start, I’m afraid that most likely this is the jamb of the north bridge, but somewhere the conder may swell.
To begin with, yes, try to work on one bar - alternate them
, plus you can also chop off the hard one and look at the result - it will pass out / not pass out
well to find a POST-board for a laptop in order to diagnose what it swears

Showed that it's not the OS.
Together with the above, overheating is likely. We clean the cooler, change the thermal paste, wipe the memory contacts with alcohol, remove the HDD (for the sake of data safety) and wifi (just for the company), run memtest back. You can test one bar at a time, it will be faster. Although the final test is best done with both.
