How to cure at startup 104 - Unsupported wireless network device detected?

laptop HP 4520s worked fine, then a couple of times a day wi-fi started to disappear - the laptop just stopped seeing the adapter. Then an error began to appear:
104 - Unsupported wireless network device detected. System halted. Remove device and restart.
Which means that a forbidden HP adapter is inserted, but the adapter is the same as it was from the factory! and worked before!

This is the presence of a whitelist in the BIOS. The IDs of the allowed adapters are listed there. If the adapter is working, then most likely the BIOS itself (firmware) has gone crazy. My recommendation is to update it, or it's better to flash it with a programmer, if possible.
