How do levels work in tcp/ip?

When transmitting, we go through the following path: Application -> Transport -> Network (Internet) -> Network Access Layer (Link + Physical) after sending data over the channel, the recipient receives it at the Network Access Layer and processes it to the application layer (i.e. the path from below up)?

1 Put money in your wallet so it doesn't mix with the rest of your backpack.
2 You put your wallet in your backpack with the rest of the scrub.
3 Throw a backpack over your shoulders and blow along the route.
It was encapsulation))
When you arrive at your destination, you take off your backpack, you take out your wallet, from the wallet a bill - decapsulation.
