Split two subnets by vlan?

Hello everybody.
I have two different networks coming to one WS-C2960X-24PS-L interface, how can I split them into vlan?

I have one stupid switch with poe includes a video registrar and a network for Wi-Fi antennas. I need to send the network registrar to the checkpoint, and leave the antennas to work in the warehouse.

Add a managed switch, at least TL-SG108E (price 2400 rubles)
Or pull the cable directly from D-link to Catalist, if possible. Then you won't have to buy anything.

Or replace the stupid TP-Link with a PoE-managed one, in general it's a little expensive, but if you need only one port with PoE, then you can take a simple Mikrotik.
