How do I submit an app to the AppStore on Windows?

I made an application and I want to submit it for moderation in the AppStore
The problem is that they write builds that can only be downloaded from Xcode and Application Loader
My application is written in HTML + Cordova, build using Intel XDK
I don’t understand how it can be downloaded from Windows OS, really there is no such possibility?
I saw online services, but I don’t want to trust them with all the data from Apple ID

Try using virtual machines like VMWare or VirtualBox.
