How do I stop Photoshop from saying "Unable to complete smart object request..."?

Hello. To edit any object loaded into Photoshop (a picture from a PC), I need to rasterize it, and only after that I can work with it. Already fed up with doing this and tired of seeing the message "It is not possible to execute the request, the smart object is not directly editable." Tell me how to make Photoshop not say this and not ask stupid questions like "rasterize this object?"? I want the downloaded image from the computer to be rasterized immediately.
