How to remove transparent background in photoshop?

The bottom line is, there is a drawing consisting of hundreds of elements, each on its own layer. I need to export each element separately, but the export occurs along with a transparent background frame - this is at least extra data, and when added to ADOBE FLASH PROFESSIONAL, I get a small object and a huge frame and I have to manually set the center of each picture and crop the frame, which is extremely time inefficient. How to export only the drawing at once
