Why does a jpeg image saved in Photochop weigh so much?

In Photoshop, save via save for web or remove exif metadata from the photo using exiftool

exiftool.exe -overwrite_original -XMP:All= -IPTC:Keywords= -ThumbnailImage= 2.jpg

you can reduce the weight by erasing the metadata
, I use faststone for this
