How do I sign up for upWork?

How to register on upwork? I fill out the form, send it, nothing happens, nothing comes to the mail. And I can't write to support without registration.

That's the kind of crap that comes out. Tried under different browsers, etc. etc. It's been a couple of weeks now.

A few days ago I signed up in 3 minutes. I xs, what do you have there. Try to register using another email or register there, through social networks.

Maybe something is wrong with them again ... or letters go to spam

Nothing wrong, just checked. change computer, browser, try anonymous mode, attach screenshots to the question.
