Upwork + paypal how to pay taxes to a physicist?
Hello!
The first post is here ...
I have been reading topics all day today, but I have not found answers.
Since August 2016, I have been a freelancer on upwork, I have been withdrawing via paypal to the physicist's account in the bank of the Russian Federation.
I don't have an IP. Payments are not very large, several thousand rubles a week, but regular.
I decided here, it would be nice to pay taxes for 2016.
How to do it right?
I started filling out 3-personal income tax in my personal account on the tax website, there is "income received outside the Russian Federation", where you need to enter the date of the transaction, etc.
I must say right away that there is no desire to register an IP, I think so far the difference in the tax rate does not justify all the hemorrhoids with IP, currency control, etc.
I am completely satisfied with PayPal, the rate is 13% and the withdrawal for physics. While the amounts are not the same.
The question is how to properly pay taxes on this.

13% is not your case. When it comes to taxes associated with the receipt of income for the work performed, there are MANDATORY more taxes. Not only one personal income tax.
What profitable interest you have calculated there is not important.
You already have to pay taxes. You have a regular income.
IP is needed.
As an alternative, consider working on a patent.
I am not a lawyer, and everything below may be erroneous.
PayPal is good because it has a completely Russian essence. That is, there are no transfers to your bank account from abroad.
IP is not needed, since you are not engaged in entrepreneurial activity, only hired non-self-employed.
You can only pay 13% of your income, while indicating that you are in private practice (something like "notaries and other private practitioners") and indicate the field of programming about programming, if you are (something like "consulting and development of computer programs).
officially and correctly
, in fact, you are a foreign agent
, so it’s better to keep quiet about it, since the payments are small
, or go into the gray zone, or legalize an individual entrepreneur or LLC and forget about 2016
