How do I get my expired domain back from GoDaddy?

There is a .com domain that expired on August 11, 2015.
GoDaddy has a specific timeline for expired domains. All deadlines for it have long passed, and the domain should have been on free sale. But he's not there. Whois writes that the domain is busy and shows the following dates:
Updated Date: 23-oct-2015
Creation Date: 11-aug-2014
Expiration Date: 11-aug-2015
There is no domain at the auction and never was. It is not available for sale and never was. I am not offered to restore an expired domain within my account.
Is there any way to re-register a domain without getting blackmailed by the registrar?

Here's what happens to a domain after the expiration date. This is the official life cycle from ICANN gtld-lifecycle-700x286.jpg
Since August 11, 78 days have passed, in theory the domain should be in pending delete, this can be seen in the huiz in the Status line. Look at what is written there and build on it. If pending delete - then the domain will soon be deleted and available for registration.

A letter with a question to the registrar for a solution to the problem, in my opinion this is logical
