How do I get an archive of my twitter messages?

About a year ago, twitter officially allowed users to download an archive of their messages, I used this function, everything worked like clockwork. But for more than two months I have not been able to get the archive of my messages. In Settings there is a Request your archive button, click on it, a message appears: "A link will be emailed to you when your archive is ready. This may take a little while, so please be patient." Okay, let's wait. There are no links in the mail. But after about a day, I notice that a message appears in Settings that the message archive is ready and the link will be sent to your mail, but I don’t receive anything, I’ve been waiting for a couple of months. Tried on different accounts and on different mailboxes. And earlier, the Download button appeared right in the Settings and you could download the archive simply by clicking on it. Maybe the rules have changed
