How to create jar archive using (in) Intellij idea?

I can’t create an executable JAR archive. As I understand it, this problem should be solved using Terminal, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME (I can’t enter text there, as well as print it there, and paste the copied text there). Also how to use when compilation flags. Also where do I type the command to create a jar archive?
