How do I delete my previously posted question on the Q&A blog?

There is no such thing as "remove-to-draft" for question-topics on the Q&A blog.
How to hide from everyone a topic-question that has become irrelevant, or simply has no value (judging by the downvote) for the Habro community?

P/S: Advice, writing a letter (with a request to delete a topic) to the Habr administration (or to the Thematic Media technical support service) are not accepted.

As far as I remember, until recently it was possible to delete your questions, but now I have not found such a function.
