Adding a tag to ignore?

I'm interested in the C# tag, and I'm not interested in the Unity tag.
I'm interested in the Game Development tag, and not interested in the js, python, java tags.

Why force me to manually check if a question matches my interests?
Does this resource have functionality to ignore tags, or can I just not find it with my eyes?

No, it doesn't exist. Therefore, moderators are punished for violating rule 3.1, when users sculpt any tags on their question.
