Should I enter the tag Psychology?

I've been here for over a year and confirm that I see the need for this tag. Many questions are not about technical issues, but about their reflection in the mind of a specialist.
How do you look at it?

The attitude of programmers to psychology in general is strongly negative. This is clearly seen in the comments under the relevant articles on Habré. Individuals are interested in the topic, but basically people either simply ignore it or throw mud at everything connected with it. But when people do not engage in psycho-education of themselves and those around them in conditions of constant stress, deadlines, negotiations, overwork, managers' lack of team management skills, all these stories about exhaustion, burnout, conflicts, etc. begin.
The problem is that a question on a topic, asked in a vacuum, and even for everyone to see, does not show the whole picture of what is happening with a person. Sometimes you need to spend a lot of time just to talk to a person one on one and tell him what is really going on with him. It will be hard for him to accept something, he would not want to spread something about himself or other people (this, by the way, is one of the reasons why confidentiality is needed in this matter). Therefore, 99% of the advice that will be given in response to such a question on the network does not correspond to the context, in which the author formulated the question, and it’s good if they don’t make him worse. And given that programmers do not deal with psychology, advice will often not only be out of context, but also harmful by definition (as, for example, the popular advice is to take on a big load when you are already exhausted to the limit). Therefore, the format of questions and answers in the form in which it is on Habr Q&A is not suitable here.
So it makes no sense to start such a tag here. Not only will it be non-core, it will also not bring any benefits. It is much better to ask the question of the mass education of programmers - so that people not only wash their hands after using the toilet, but also do not forget about mental hygiene, so that problems do not become obvious when everything is already bad and without a doctor and serious changes in life are indispensable. But this is not an easy task, of course.
