This is not a question at all"
I have a feeling that the moderator is far from programming. Although even if he did not like the title of the question, then there is such a function "Fix the question".

What you wrote on the second try is already more like a question .
And in the first version of the question you did not have, so I deleted it. And it was not in the title, but in the content, or rather, in its absence.
For those who haven't seen it, there was this:
