How do I change the location of shared components, tools, and SDKs in Visual Studio?

Decided to move the location of the shared components, tools, and SDKs to Visual Studio, but after reinstalling VS, the installer won't let me do it. Is there any way to move this folder or reinstall VS completely?

In order not to bathe with errors later, it is better to reinstall the studio and place it where it is needed.
