Hello. On 11/20/2021, I signed up for a free weekly subscription to use one app. in the end, I did not use it and forgot about the subscription. now I can’t cancel it, I need to update the payment information. what should I do with it in order to cancel the subscription and no money was withdrawn from me in the future?
