Let's say there is a source file in Illustrator with a large number of layers with different blending modes: Screen, Add, Overlay, Multiply, etc.
To transfer this composition completely layer by layer in Photoshop or After Effects, you need to save each layer as a separate picture, and then set the same modes for each layer and the same transparency in Photoshop or AE.
