How do I add a route (windows server 2012 r2)?

Good afternoon, I ran into this problem:
-there are computers on the 192.168.10.X network
-there are computers on the 192.168.11.X network
-there is a server on windows server 2012r2 with the address 192.168.10.237
they are all connected to the switch.
Please help me to correctly register the route so that the server with the address (192.168.10.237) can be seen from the network (192.168.11.X)
thanks for the help.

@Ethril

Either you have a very smart switch - with vlans, ACLs and other heromancy, or by the word "visible" you mean something else besides pings, or pings are cut by a local firewall on the server.
