Raised the VPN server using SoftEther using the L2TP / IPSec protocol. Everything works from the client, there is the Internet and the local network of the server, but when I try to access the shared folder of a computer whose name consists of Russian letters, I write an access error, however, they are displayed in the network environment. Win10 client Win7 server.

I took the easy route a long time ago.
Latin.
And no nails.
Users did not complain.
I use the Latin alphabet in such suspicious places - in the names of the share, in usernames, etc., etc.
