I am in a branch where the VPN acts as a server, two objects are connected to me via VPN and they act as a client. I can deal with them individually. It was required that these two clients directly be able to exchange files. How to make friends these two objects on my VPN server?

Register routes on both routers of branches. On the first branch, you need to specify the subnet or address of the second branch, and in the gateway field, specify your tunnel to the VPN server (central office). Similarly, you need to do on the second router only specify the address or get hooked up already of the first office and also specify the gateway of your VPN interface to the main office.
