How do freelancers from Belarus work today?

The question is more for compatriots than for Russians. Although our countries are under sanctions blockade, the conditions are still slightly different. How are things with freelancing from our country? How do you arrange payment with foreign customers now? Is there a demand for development services (in particular Web) towards Russian customers? Is there demand in the domestic market?

I would be grateful for the information. I myself plan to return to freelancing, for additional income. So I'm testing the ground. Thanks in advance.

What has actually changed?
- several foreign exchanges were closed - exchanges - it was always the very bottom, and I feel sorry for those freelancers who do not know how to promote themselves outside of them;
- I had to open a bank account in the unsanctioned Tinkoff - the interface is bad there, but payments normally reach;
The world is divided into friendly and unfriendly. Friendly is enough. It was more convenient for me to work with the UAE and Africa before than with the USA - the time zone.
So I haven't really changed much yet.
