Hello,

This morning Upwork was pleased with the news that the withdrawal of funds to Alfa-Bank is disabled. I do not understand the reason, it is not in the list of banks disconnected from SWIFT.

I would like to know to which banks the blocking has not yet been extended.
Thank you.

PS: It looks like the blocking happened by mistake. Today, the withdrawal to the ruble account and wire to the dollar returned.

Bank under sanctions. Upwork decided not to display it.
Use Tinkov, Modulbank or any other that is not on the sanctions list.
