How do Color Schemes work in Figma?

Recently started using Figma.
I installed the desktop version.
Created a team.
Now, when choosing a color for something, I have 2 color schemes:
1) With standard colors
2) With the name of my team, but the same standard colors are displayed (1)
What is this duplication for and how do you advise working / setting it up?

These are the default colors that are loaded there as demo content and they are displayed from the Desing System page.
