How dangerous is hibernation for a hard drive, instead of shutting it down, in reality?

I have read it many times. what is the hard drive

useful to rest
, so do not abuse the sleep mode, or vice versa, they wrote that it does not really matter, but are there at least some tests / numbers / facts?
For example, I have an old lenovo g570 laptop, how much faster will the hard drive break if it has been used for 7 years (even if it was a long time when I didn’t use it at all) by turning it off for the night, and now I’ll start putting it into sleep mode?

It can be dangerous if the heads are parked too often, there was such a problem with the old WD Green. Although mine is still alive and well, and I did not immediately fix the parking lot.
