How dangerous for a macbook (iPhone) is a complete discharge of the battery?

Sometimes it happens that I forget to charge my MacBook or iPhone, and they are discharged. How harmful or vice versa is it useful for modern batteries?

You will feel bad, and the iPhone is discharged, you can’t call an ambulance. This is where the danger of completely draining the battery lies.

Without a difference below the critical level, you will not be allowed to discharge its controller, it is only dangerous to completely discharge and then leave it for a long time, then the battery will die

I will tell you, as an expert, that a short-term battery discharge is nothing serious. Nevertheless, it is worth taking care of the fastest charging of the battery, because. if the level of the remaining charge (which is still present in the battery, but not enough to turn on the device) falls below its minimum value, the controller will be blocked, which will consider that the battery is faulty and will not allow it to charge anymore to protect the user. We
are often approached with similar problems. Unfortunately, in 99% of cases, replacing the battery is the only way out.
