Work with the touch panel via USB interface. Are there any articles on this topic?

I want to add a control device to the PC using the touch panel. I came across this on AliExpress . There is no description, experience in this profile too. What will happen after connecting this device to the computer: something like a Wacom tablet (i.e. when touched, the mouse will move to a point with given coordinates) or can you use special software to read the touch coordinates without positioning the mouse (which is what I need)?

Google Nextion panels from Itead. They already have 100,500 reviews and information.
If it is precisely the panel (in general, it is for the screen), then ... Well, in fact it will be defined as a touch panel. Screens with a panel already glued also have a USB output (in any case, I have not seen others). Read carefully about the specification and drivers. Well, or write to the seller.
