How can you play an old console game together on two PCs if there is no online play in it?

I would like to know the options for creating a game over the network for a football simulator on playstation 1.
Given:
1. Disk image and launching the game through the playstation emulator.
2. Lack of online play.
What are the implementation methods?

If the game has the ability to play together on one PC, then you can try to transfer the picture and control to another computer with something like TeamViewer.

This is a question from the series "how can I eat jam from a jar if there is none in the jar?". Write your own implementation of the multiplayer, attach it to the game and enjoy. You just won't be able to.

If there is no network game in the game, but you want to play together, then there are two options
1) Game in the imagination. Everyone plays their PC against the AI and imagines they are playing with a friend.
2) Write a clone of the game with network game support.

Steam has LAN broadcast. Create a virtual local area network, log in with one account, add the game to the library and run it on one PC. The picture will go to the second PC, control is possible on two at the same time. You need good internet.
ps I think you understand that my version only works if the game initially has a splitscreen.
