How can you explain / justify the act of this HR manager?

Yesterday I wrote one HR X from company Y and offered to discuss the details. We corresponded with him in a telegram, he asked questions (the same ones that are usually asked in interviews with HR), I immediately noticed this, because usually such things are discussed by phone / Skype, but here everything is in correspondence. In general, I answered all the questions, asked my own, sent a resume and it took about 50 minutes to do this, and the result was the appointment of a date and time for a technical interview. The next day, I go to telegram and find that all our dialogue has simply disappeared. That is, the person simply took and deleted our entire correspondence history, and at the appointed time (when the technical interview was supposed to take place), no one wrote. And now I can only guess about the reasons that forced him to take this action and waste almost an hour of my and my time.

For example, it wasn't HR, but another job seeker who didn't know how to have a conversation with their HR. :)

Johann Zuckertort, one of the most famous chess players of the second half of the 19th century, once made a bet with two other grandmasters - Steinitz and Blackburn, who were clearly stronger than him. The essence of the bet was that Zukertort would hold a session of simultaneous blind play with the masters, scoring at least one point. To win a dispute, you must have either one win or two draws. Zukertort won the bet, but thanks not to chess art, but to his own quick wits. How did he do it?
As a guarantee of victory, Zukertort used ... his opponents. He did not play with each of the masters, but simply passed each other's moves to his opponents. In fact, Blackburn and Steinitz played each other, and Zukertort was just an intermediary. The outcome of the duel was predetermined: a draw or a victory for one of the grandmasters was guaranteed, even if Zukertort did not know how to play chess at all.

You need to take a deposit from them at least 1000 rubles from hrs for the fact that you record them for a technical interview, because they are paid for each person who comes to a technical interview, regardless of whether he passed or not. And if so, they should share.

There are several probable reasons:

  • The position itself and the search for it were closed.
  • The current HR manager quit or was fired and he simply deleted all current correspondence.

In both cases, it is understandably not very professional not to notify the candidate of this.

Why not? IMHO, it's time to do that.
. That is, the person simply took and deleted our entire correspondence history, and at the appointed time (when the technical interview was supposed to take place), no one wrote.

Usually, to prevent this from happening, they immediately give a link where the interview will take place.
It should have been clear on your part beforehand.
Only this HR X can answer why this happened.
For example, he could delete the correspondence and leave because he no longer works at company Y.
waste almost an hour of my and your time.

Imagine if you had a few more interviews and then turned down?
Then would he complain that he wasted N hours of time?

It’s just that you didn’t fit, and since groups are completely disgusting in TG, it’s easier to delete the dialogue
