How can you analyze many vacancies?

There are:
- Description of 2000 vacancies in a relatively free format,
- The subject of vacancies is unknown
Task:
- Get the general requirements for these vacancies. Ideally, in the form of a list like:
Java - 30 vacancies
Hadoop - 10 vacancies
Organized - 30 vacancies
Mathematical education - 50 vacancies
I do not have such a list in advance, it must be obtained from these vacancies.
Question:
- Are there any algorithms, libraries to understand what these vacancies have in common, what things and how often they occur.
