How to organize the output of frequently occurring words and expressions in the text?

Good day.
Partly out of curiosity, and partly out of a desire to organize more detailed information about the books in the library, it was necessary to organize the output of frequently occurring words and expressions in the text.
Example: N. V. Gogol. Works. OLMA Media Group, 2002 - In...
But not necessarily by the cloud, it is possible (and even desirable) according to the frequency of use.
There is a similar question https://toster.ru/q/95529, they recommended different engines Sphinx, elasticsearch. But it's kind of like a search engine. Are there more or less ready-made solutions?
It's just a nuance:
I practically do not understand languages, with English on "You", and through VBA Word I doubt that the task is being solved. Although there are a lot of topics with him, I usually see assignments for the university or with a simple set of words. Not suitable for books.
If, apart from Sphinx or elasticsearch, nothing remains, I hope for help with the literature.

Break the text into words, then map<word, how many_met> all new words. For all old ones, increase the counter.
