How can ovpn clients open ping to local users?

Connected to Mikrotik via ovpn.
Ping to the OVPN client goes from the local PC, but not back.
Mikrotik pings.
network: 192.168.10.0/23
Mikrotik: 192.168.10.1
ovpn client: 192.168.11.151/24

Problem solved. Set up a firewall on local PCs.
