What's wrong with Mikrotik's DNS settings?
There were problems with setting up channel balancing. There are 2 channels of 100Mb / s from one provider with static IPs, but with the same Dns, this is where the problem arises. When setting up, everything goes well, but after a reboot it works all 10 minutes and only a reset helps on the default settings, the provider's network is also hung up (it was 2 times). I set everything up according to the manual with routerbox and habrahabr, but the DNS conflict remains.

If you are not strong in the command line, then it is best to do the configuration through winbox - it is more clear there. Matching the line from the article in the winbox graphics is also not required.
To get real help - lay out the screenshots, otherwise we will all guess.
Well, as it was already written correctly, the DNS conflict is absurd. If it is red, then there may be a problem in the syntax of something (again, a screen is needed). By the way, in the article, not a word about DNS. Actually, it is generally not tied to interfaces in any way.
And, I agree with the fortune-telling of colleagues that the network drop may be due to ddos on port 53.
In general, you want to get real help, screenshots (of everything you set up) in the studio.
And why not talk to the provider's administrators and agree on setting up OSPF? Set up and exhale. Convergence time is much less and there is no binding to DNS.
You have one provider, so I don't see any problems. Well, as a last resort, google in the direction of IP SLA.
