Lost link on WAN port?

firmware is the latest (6.48.1) and routerboard is also

the problem is constantly dropping the link from the dip, there is nothing interesting in the logs

WAN-ether1 link down
WAN-ether1 link up (speed 1G, full duplex)
WAN-ether1 detect UNKNOWN

falls very often, the support of the beeline makes a helpless gesture, they say everything is fine on their part, where can I dig here?

1. Recompress. Problems with a twisted pair cable will not necessarily manifest themselves in packet loss, maybe link up link down.
2. Mikrotik does not have a wan port as such, any port can play this role. Try on a different port.
