How can I upload the same files to several shared folders with the same name on different computers?

There is an extensive network of branches with computers. They all have their own fixed IP, they all distribute the same folder with the same name D:\ProgramXXX. Now this is done the old-fashioned way manually in each computer (in addition, the shortcut on the desktop changes, due to the fact that the updates to the programXXX.exe are called differently)
Is there a batch file or algorithm that will allow you to distribute a specific file, in a specific local network, to the same folders.
