How can I set VS Code to open an external terminal in the current folder?

The essence of the question is in the title. How can I (OS Windows) be able to use a keyboard shortcut to open an external
terminal in the current folder of the currently viewed file?
I'm aware of an extension like "Windows Terminal Integration", but I would like to be able to open the console directly, without using the actual Windows terminal.

And what does he not like? It seems to be standard in win11.
But if you return to the question, but apparently only crutches, because vscode does not allow you to pass anything to an external terminal:

Although there may be some other extension
