What is the most convenient audio player for Windows?

Hello.
Recommend a convenient audio player for Windows (if it is cross-platform, then generally super).
Now I'm trying to use WinAmp, but I really don't like the interface for working with playlists:
- It's inconvenient to add tracks to playlists
- It's not clear whether the track has already been added to the playlist or not
- And where are these playlists stored and in what format?
In general, these are the main wishes:
- I would like it to be convenient to work with playlists.
- Playlists could be saved in an open format (such as M3U) in the music folder.
- So that the paths in the playlist are relative. That is, to have maximum portability.
Such things :)
PS: Well, or tell me how to use WinAmp normally :D
UPDATE Nov 2018
Tried 3 recommended players: MusicBee, AIMP, foobar2000.
I did not stay long on foobar2000, because I realized that without a glass you can’t figure it out.
In the end, I chose MusicBee (thanks to John Smith ).
Below are the pros and cons of each of them that are important to me .
Firstly, all players have:
+ Portable version
+ Fade in/out of tracks
+ Oscilloscope - a sound wave visualizer with the ability to jump to the desired section of the song by clicking (about foobar2000 xs, but probably there)
MusicBee
+ Appearance 4 out of 5
+ Able save really relative paths in *.m3u
+ The library is stored in a separate folder. If you move it, then at startup the program asks you to specify the path to it, or it can create a new library. Program settings are stored in the program folder. Everything is very logical and convenient.
+ Auto Dj - automatic music selection
+ Flexible shuffle settings
+ File organizer
+ Auto volume control
- Win only
* Developed by one person. Promises to open source the code if it decides to stop developing
AIMP
+ Appearance 5 of 5
+ Win, Android
+ Developed by team
- Cannot save paths relative to *.m3u file if the playlist is not next to audio files. The function "Do not save full paths" only removes the drive letter.
- All settings and the library are stored in the "Profile" folder. It is not possible to move to another location. It is also impossible to separate the settings from the library. In general, there is little sense in such a "portable version".
foobar2000
- You can't figure it out without a glass

There is Foobar, but it is painful to set up and its appearance is too old-school.
I liked the musicbee more, in it you need to process the file less with a file .

I have been using foobar2000 in portable mode for a long time. I stuffed it with plugins and made an interface with a wide playlist on the right and all kinds of information on the left.
Another would be a normal scrobbler to find, so as not to engage in perversion with copying dll.

I have been using Foobar2000 since 2005. If you listen to FLAC, then you should not choose anything else. It just has an incredible amount of settings.
