How can I set the service to auto-restart after resuming from standby?

When the lid is closed, the beech goes into standby mode. You have to manually restart the service on wakeup:
#service logmein-hamachi restart
How do I configure wheezy to restart this service automatically on wakeup and only after the network manager has reconnected to the network?
