How can I reduce the temperature of the video card?

I welcome the Lord.

Propellers are installed in the places circled in yellow. The temperature of the card at 100% load, with automatic rotation of the spinner on it is 70-73%, with a manual increase to 60% of the rotation - 67-68%.
I would like to lower the temperature even more. Two questions: Does it make sense to install a cooler under the video card (to blow it), in place of ssd? Will the air flow throughout the case be disturbed? Or maybe add more twisters on the top panel (where is the second question mark)? Thank you.
In general, what suggestions do you have to lower its temperature.

if you can put fans on top, then definitely yes. and so the most effective is to lower the frequency of the GPU or the voltage, but then you will have a corresponding decrease in the performance of the video card.
