How can I prevent registration confirmation emails from my site from being sent to spam?

Lately I noticed such a thing that after creating a completely new site, all letters from it end up in spam, be it registration confirmation, password recovery and other similar letters, regardless of hosting and CMS. It is not entirely clear why this happens and how to avoid it, can someone tell me a simple solution?
