There is a company - 400 people. Not everyone has corporate mail. Now the helpdesk is being implemented, in which applications are submitted through the web interface on the portal. But there is a problem with feedback.
Hence the question, is it possible to take an email client, for example, thunderbird, and configure it in such a way that it works with user groups:

1. Users not subject to upload restrictions
2. Users who are restricted to send mail to only one address, such as [email protected]
   
3. Users for whom the client works only for receiving letters
   

I suspect that all this is possible and depends on the mail server, I will be glad if you tell me one (preferably open source) that can do this. Maybe I'm trying to reinvent the wheel and you can solve everything in a different way.
