Hello.
There was a task to create a notification on the site, when entering from phones, in which the visitor is invited to add a site link to the main screen on the phone.
By searching, I found https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/app...
But, no matter how I tried to understand and understand (I tested different methods), I can’t figure it out.

This article is for WebAPK - i.e. the user installs it on their phone and only then a shortcut is created.
