How can I organize the proxying of the development server service to a remote machine?

I apologize in advance for the bad title of the question.
There is a computer (mac) in the office that has access to the development server (webserver, svn, sftp, smb). The computer is behind NAT.
How can I organize the proxying of the development server service to a remote machine?
Connecting via a teamviewer and working remotely is terribly inconvenient.

0_o vpn is in your hands. Or port forwarding as a last resort.

As an option to organize access not through a teamviewer, but for example through RDP - it will be much more convenient to work.

does the remote machine have a public IP?
if so, let the office Mac connect to it via VPN.

I'll try to turn on the telepath mode.
You have a "development server" that has only Internet access and cannot be accessed from outside. Presumably the platform is Linux. You use this server at work, in the office, but would like to use it outside the workplace.
Consequence - you need to make sure that a developer (one, several?) from a working PC (platform is not important) can use external services on this "development server": SVN, WEB, SFTP.
Solutions:
1. Ask a local network manager to set up a VPN for you in a working network (optimally).
2. Ask the network manager to remove the development server in the DMZ and open ports to the outside: WEB, SVN, SFTP.
