What is the correct way to write down a range of IPv6 addresses?

Good afternoon!

I want to exclude all traffic from all IP addresses starting with 2a03:2880 in analytics reports.

But, unfortunately, I don’t understand networks and I doubt whether I understood the guides correctly.

If I write the range as 2a03:2880::/8, do I understand correctly that all addresses that start with 2a03:2880 will fall into it?

PS: If someone comes across this question from a search for "2a03:2880" - addresses in this range apparently use Facebook for their bots. They appear in significant numbers after the launch of new advertising campaigns.
